1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Return Period: Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. If the product has been opened or used, it may not be eligible for return.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Important Note: Products that are used, installed, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for returns. Additionally, clearance or final-sale items cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Custom or Special-Order Products: Products that are made-to-order or customized for your specific needs are not eligible for return.
- Installed or Used Items: Any products that have been used, installed, or damaged due to improper handling are non-returnable.
- Clearance or Final-Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased from clearance sections are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Refund Process

- Refund Deductions: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a wrong or defective item.
- Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply if the returned product is not in original condition (e.g., if packaging is missing, or the item is damaged due to improper handling).
4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If your product meets these criteria, please follow the steps below:

- Prepaid Return Shipping Labels: If needed, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Lost or Damaged Returns: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to return products to ensure they arrive safely. Cona HVAC is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

- Replacement or Refund: After verifying the damage or defect, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you. Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by Cona HVAC.
